In this position you will be operating medium to large Lathes and Milling Machines to make parts for use in our Hydraulic Cylinder rebuilding process.

You will be expected to be able to work from samples as well as prints to create top quality parts efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a manual environment
• Welding experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to work from samples
• Quality oriented with attention to detail
• Cylindrical and surface grinding experience preferred but not necessary

Remuneration to: 45.00/ Hr.

In this position you will be  working with clients, suppliers and our team of Machinists, Mechanics and Metal Finishers to provide our clients with exceptional service and quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess the service requirements of clients and ensure they are met
• Writing up work orders so that the scope of work clearly reflect the client’s needs and expectations
• Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries
• Liaise with suppliers and internal Service Tech’s to ensure delivery promises are kept
• Purchase parts and materials and ensure they are received in time to keep jobs moving and delivery commitments met.
• Final quality assurance of parts and assemblies
• Coordinating shipping and receiving of parts, materials and completed work

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year industry experience or related customer Service
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Mechanical background
• Solid Works experience and or a Mechanical Technologist degree preferred but not necessary
• Good communication skills in  spoken and written English

Remuneration to: 100,00.00 plus benefits

In this position you will be working with our team of finishers to electroplate, polish and grind industrial parts to exacting tolerances in a safe and efficient manner. You will need to communicate with our team of Mechanics and machinists to provide what they require, as well as work from engineering drawings.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a related industry (Electro Plating, polishing, Grinding)
• Proven ability to produce quality work in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to use fine measuring tools
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

Remuneration to: 45.00/Hr. + Benefits

You will be responsible for all aspects of Dismantling, inspecting and repairing back to ‘as new’ condition all manner of Hydraulic cylinders.

You will work with our team of Machinists, Welders, Platers and Grinders to ensure components are refurbished to factory specifications or better before final assembly and testing.

Qualifications include:

• Formal Mechanical training and minimum 2 years related experience (Mechanic, Millwright, Machinist)
• Ability to use fine measuring tools to determine fits and finishes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to read parts books and write detailed inspection reports
• Attention to detail and commitment quality work
